Hotel Zelie Champs-Elysees - Paris

The free light show at the Arc de Triomphe was a highlight. Our room was beautiful, and the staff was super helpful. Don't miss the lovely inner garden and enjoy the comfortable beds. There's also a self-service laundry nearby, convenient. Definitely recommend this place for a group trip.

The only downside was that there wasn't a power outlet in the bathroom, a bit inconvenient for charging devices while getting ready.

Request a room overlooking the inner courtyard for a peaceful ambiance away from street noise.

We had a very nice stay. The rooms were very clean, the staff was very helpful and the food was excellent.

Neighborhood is a little noisy

A wide array of food for breakfast, which was local to satisfy everyone. The location was best possible and prime in a very nice area, just next door to the Arc and Metro, a famous landmark and the Louve and Notre Dame Cathedral which were great.

Facilities are great, and there's shuttle to the airport. The staff are superbly friendly and accommodating, giving their best to make the stay a really really nice experience.

Nice little hotel in the heart of Paris. Good service and a great nightly room rate, I'd definitely stay here again.

To be highly recommended! Clean, nice design, comfortable beds, fair size of room. We stayed with a grandmother, mother and 2 grandchildren in a room for 4. It suited us really well. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower and Bateaux-Mouches. Good restaurants nearby. Parking place. Easy entry and exit from and to Peripherique. Value for money.

If anything, it was a bit noisy, although it did not really bother us.

Good hotel in excellent location. Just 2 minutes to the Champes Elysees and the Arc de Triomphe. Rooms are bit small but clean, stylish and comfortable. There are good hotel facilities including room service, full breakfasts and mini bar.

We drove to Paris and there are no parking facilities and so you have to put the car in the Vinci car park which is very pricey. About 20euros per day with hotel discount.

The hotel is very charming, with many small touches throughout the property that give the sense that it's well cared for and therefore the guests will be also. Cozy and traditional, but with modern touches and comforts like an elevator, free wi-fi and a modern bar.

The reception desk wasn't as helpful as I had hoped, and the range of brochures for tourist info wasn't either. But that's just an area for improvement rather than a complaint. They met the basic needs and offered help where they could. They weren't rude, and did their best with what was available to them at the time.

Noise from nearby bars can be quite disruptive!!! The shower layout in my room was cramped!!! Management should really consider addressing these issues!!!

The location was good, just a block or away from shopping street and there were a number of restaurants close by, serving both lunch and dinner, as well as, a small grocery store was just around the corner. We had a nice view of the city street outside our window. We walked to Arc de triomphe and to Avenue des Champs-Elysees each day from the hotel, to catch sightseeing buses, shop and dine. Paris is a beautiful city. I cannot wait to return...

The mattress was too firm for us. My husband thought the room was kind of small but we were there to sight see, so I thought the room was fine and he agreed after the weekend visit.

Very helpful female member of staff greeted us on arrival. Liked the modern decor in the room and the hotel was in a great location.

excellent little hotel with a fantastic location. the breakfast was really great and i would definitely stay there again.

The location is really good - very near to the Metro and to an Air France shuttle drop-off and collection point.

The bathroom is extremely small and maintenance of bathroom fittings such as the shower is clearly lacking.

Clean bathroom and close to varieties of food outlets.

Noises while going up & down in the lift.
